Wow I really must try and update this a little more frequently than once every 2 months! Its wierd looking at those piccies of the CJ as it is now half way through its journey and I have lost count of exactly how many I have now recieved as I have started another CJ with my UKS team. I thought I had taken some pics of my next attempt but obviously not~ whoops!!!





Anyway what can I share with you??? Erm I know ages ago I took part in the UKS cybercrop so let me put some piccies up of things I completed within the weekend. Anyway the pics are above because I am not sure how to make them appear below! whoops I dont think I am ever going to win any prizes for my blog. Pic number one was a class by Voodoo Vixen using the wonderful BIA, pic number 2 was following Bubbly Funk instructions (without kit), Pic 3 was a class by Chloe using stitching!, pic 4 was a class by Cleo using 'holes'. It was lots of fun! Got lots done but did become completely scrapped out for at least a week or maybe even 2!!!

Circle Journal~ with photos!!!!

This whole blog thing has baffled me a little. I seemed to forget how to add photos, which is quite an achievement seen as I did it twice before!!!! Anyway I thought I would add some pics of my cj now I have worked out how to do it (or at least I hope I have!).

We are now on ou 3rd post and so far I have recieved 'Love is...' and Animal Magic. I have realy enjoyed looking at everyone elses work and and doing them certainly does help get me out of my comfort zone. The animal magic cj in particular has really made me think as on the whole I am not an animal lover (sorry dont get me wrong I dont dislike animals its just I have never really had a pet or a fav animal) so I have really had to think!!!!

Anyway, the pics are in a bit of a random order and I cant work out how to move them (I tell you me and technology dont mix well!!!) The first photo is my 'love is ... entry' I used the quote 'love is friendship set of fire' as it fits my life really well at the moment seen as I recently married the love of my life! The following 4 pics are taken of my cj, and the theme is 'where is your favourite place?' Mine of course is New York!!!

Circle Journal

About a month ago I decided to be really brave and join a Circle Journal. 10 people all signed up for the 'New Friends CJ' and have spent the last few weeks coming up with their theme and then making (from scratch) a journal and then decorating it. This is mine!!!! The theme is 'Where is your favourite place?' After going to New York for the third time this year for my honeymoon NY is now my official favourite place!!! I had lots of fun completeing my CJ and yesterday had to go to the post office to postit on its way! I just cross my fingers and hope its up to standard and also that it comes back to me in 10 months after all my 'new friends' have added their favourite place!!!!

First LO for UKS challenge

I have recently joined UKScrappers and love it!!! I have met so many lovely people and it already has given me confidence to try new things. I have joined a Circle Journal which I will keep you up to date with and have even joined a team. I decided to 'grab the bull by the horns' tonight and try to do a LO for this weeks Team challenge. With it being Valentines this week the theme was love but also hate.

Hello and welcome!!!!

Welcome to me a messy scrapbooker!!!! My mum would say that I am and always will be a messy everything but that is definately true when it comes to my craft space! I love scrapbooking. I love cherishing all those memories that would be lost if I didn't put them down on paper!!! Here is something I am working on at the moment. Its a little tin concertina album that I have done based on my honeymoon to New York. More pics to follow!
